Zhanyan Yuan

Zhanyan is the managing director of the Raymond Legal Paris office, with over 10 years’ experience specialising in corporate and employment law. She has acted for Chinese conglomerates and government agencies that have footprints in France and greater Europe, assisting them in striving for and maintaining exemplary governance and legal compliance.

Zhanyan is currently the selected external counsel for the China Development Bank in France. Her expertise covers various industries such as automobile manufacturing, new energy, aesthetic medicine, e-commerce, logistics and supply chain, and culture and education.
